We plant every Monday and Thursday. Depending on your order date you will be schedule for the following week. We grow on demand meaning once you place your order we will start growing your microgreens this ensures you will get  the freshest, crispiest microgreens delivered to your door.  Once you subscribe it will take about 7-10 days to get your first batch after that you will get a batch every week or every 2 weeks depending on your order details.

Ex. Tom placed a recurring order Tuesday  we will plant his greens Thursday that week, Tom will receive his first batch of microgreens Friday or Saturday  of the following week. 

We recommend storing your microgreens in the lowest drawer of your fridge. Is best if you keep them in the cold since warm temperatures can make them soggy. Also you can use a damp paper towel to keep humidity inside the package, this will keep them hydrated, and crisp at the time of eating. 

We take pride on cleanliness, and the harvest process is perform on a controlled environment, still we recommend you to rinse your microgreens with cold water before consuming.  Once rinsed you can place them on a paper towel and allow them to dry of genteelly dab them with another towel

We strongly encourage clients to receive their orders in person. We do understand that this is not always the case, and sometimes life don't go as planned. If you find yourself on this spot you can always leave a small cooler outside the front door ideally with some ice and we will place the order inside. This will help to keep the microgreens fresh until you arrive and place them in the fridge.
